In the event that Gorgeous Girls ​Exclaim Limited Company dissolves, ceases to exist, or terminates the Lifetime Access service, ​customers will receive a 30-day notice and the opportunity to download the resources included ​in the Lifetime Access service. This applies to the "Lifetime Access" referenced in our marketing ​materials.

MONTHLY ACCESS TERMS

Monthly subscriptions provide access for a period of one month. For example, a customer with a ​monthly subscription set to cycle on the 4th of the month will be billed on the 4th. If a month ​lacks the anchor day, the subscription will be billed on the last day of the month. You may ​cancel the automatic renewal of your monthly subscription at any time, and your access to the ​Site will conclude at the end of the current contracted term. If Gorgeous Girls Exclaim Limited ​Company dissolves, ceases to exist, or terminates the monthly subscription service, customers ​will receive a 30-day notice of service termination.

ANNUAL ACCESS TERMS

Annual subscriptions grant access for a period of 365 days. You may cancel the automatic ​renewal of your annual subscription at any time, and your access to the Site will conclude at the ​end of the current contracted term. If Gorgeous Girls Exclaim Limited Company dissolves, ​ceases to exist, or terminates the annual subscription service, customers will receive a 30-day ​notice and the opportunity to download the remaining resources.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The Website enables you to purchase digital files (Products) for a fee. We may engage third-​party service providers to offer certain Services at our discretion.
